Our weekend with Family

I am finally getting caught up with all my posts. We had a great weekend with lots of family here for Addi's blessing. On Friday we went out to Johnson City for an animal Safari. You sat in back of a trailer and they took you all around. We had lots of food to feed all the animals. As you can see, they got really close. My hands have never felt so gross after we were done. On Saturday we went to Mount Bonnell (highest point in Austin :). It is very pretty from up there looking over the lake and the big houses. We then went downtown to the trailers for lunch and that night we headed to Rudy's for some good Texas bbq.
All the animals following the trailer.

The ostriches were the scariest to me. They pecked so fast into the bucket to get the food. You can see some food in mid air here.
Up close and personal with the camel.
Starr and Dian held the babies.

Connor and I ready to go on the "safari". He had a lot of fun feeding the animals. They also had a petting zoo where he "rode" the little goats.
Hanging out with Uncle J.J.
Having fun with Grandpa.
Addilyn and Grandma.
Poor Connor is really outnumbered by the girls. I think he'll be able to take care of himself though. :)
Meeting Uncle Coy for the first time.
Lunch at the trailers.
Grandma and the "best friends".
On the short walk up Mount Bonnell.
