Christmas Happenings

We have done a few fun Christmas things already. To start, Darrin's work had a Christmas party at the Children's Museum. Addi had a lot of fun and didn't cry on Santa's lap! I had asked her that morning what she was going to ask Santa for and she kept saying a snowman. :) When she actually talked to him I think the only thing she said was "thank you."
She had fun reading books with Mrs. Claus while she waited to see Santa.

Then she got to play at the museum and do a few fun activities his work planned. I love the tongue out here.


We are heading to Michigan this year for Christmas so Santa visited a little early. She has been LOVING her new kitchen and spends lots of time cooking and playing. She has already found that the food baskets make great step-stools so she can reach everything. I have also already found her taking my kitchen things to add to her collection.

Darrin has been out of town this week, so one night Addi and I decorated a gingerbread house. She loved it and most of what you see is her work. She also liked sampling everything and both gingerbread men lost their heads.
