Halloween and a visit from Grandma

My mom came to visit us for Addi's birthday. We had a great time with her and Addilyn was very sad to see her go. She cried and kept saying she wanted to go on the airplane too. While she was here we went to Darrin's work for some trick or treating, went to see my cousin at The Air force Academy, went to the pumpkin patch, went actual trick or treating, celebrated Addi's birthday, did some shopping, and just hung out. Addi got a stomach bug which she then passed on to me and Darrin. It was so nice to have my mom here to help!
Addi had a lot of fun trick or treating this year. At first she was unsure but picked it up very fast. She would say trick or treat and thank you! She had to check out what everyone gave her before it went in the pumpkin. By the end, her pumpkin was getting kind of heavy (for her) but she still insisted on carrying it. She was a very cute witch!
